We will send your order via “Nova Poshta” to the address you provide after completing your purchase on our website. Delivery within Ukraine is free of charge to your “Nova Poshta” branch, and it takes from 2 to 7 business days.
International Delivery:
International shipping is carried out by DHL, TNT, USPS, UPS. The cost is calculated when placing an order on our website and selecting the destination country. Delivery time is from 5 to 15 business days.
Pickup:
You can also pick up your ordered items at our store in Kyiv at 8 Zhytniotorska Street.
If the delivered item is of an incorrect size or of poor quality due to a manufacturing defect, the buyer has the right to return it or exchange it for a similar item, subject to availability in stock. The request for replacement of the item will be satisfied within 14 days from the date of receipt by the buyer.
